• When I arrived for my scheduled appointment (1:20pm) I was told that the appointment had been cancelled. The receptionist was unable to ascertain how or who had cancelled the appointment. She did however, contact her supervisor and I was able to reschedule the appointment for that day at a later time. I did not get her name. • I came in as a walk-in and my insurance was within a few days of running out. Everyone worked really hard to get me seen and treated before my insurance expired. • Have Dr. David Weiss available at the Clairmont office more frequently. He's very good... This visit was only my second visit to San Diego Family Dermatology. I have been a patient elsewhere, but due to insurnace changes, I was assigned here. So far, it's been a very good experience. Dr. Weiss and staff have been a a pleasure. This was actually a follow-up visit since Dr. Weiss' original recommendations were not working and I had to return for alternative treatment and prescriptions. We will see how this goes. But as I said, I am pleased with Dr. Weiss along with his manner, consultation and treatment. (CL)
